TRAINING

At the comfort of your home or my gym, we focus on strength, stamina, flexibility, mobility, coordination, and balance. I will also work on extending your body's functionality through learning new skills. A great look and weight loss come as a bonus of my unique training based on the Russian school of gymnastics. No worries, I will modify it to fit you just right.

NUTRITION

I will help you review your diet and make necessary adjustments. I will guide you through a plethora of food choices and tell you how to make the right ones which are good for your physical and mental health. I will tell you how to eat and still enjoy life because a strict diet is a matter of a last resort and not always the best solution.

SUPPORT

Sometimes we have the fitness questions and would like the answer right away. Maybe not that often, but it is nice to have somebody available for you when you most need it. Which machine should I use at my hotel's gym? What should I order at this restaurant? What is that sudden discomfort in my shoulder? I got you, give me a call or text me.
