About The Event
All sessions are fully-fledged trainings packed with gymnastics drills and theory, which will help you rediscover your body and take it to the next level. We will train once a week, 12pm, Fridays, in Downtown, Vancovuer. The price includes all sesisons on the dates listed bellow.
Nov, 8, Friday, 12pm - 1pm - Core, core, core (lower back included)
After a short talk and a warm-up, we will discover our core, in the light of gymnastics, which is beyond what we see in a regular gym.
Nov,15, Friday, 12pm - Shoulders, hips, and hands
In gymnastics, we use the arms instead of the legs - that is why we need to make them as strong as the legs and take care of the legs/hips as well. So that If during a hike around beautiful British Columbia, you suddenly feel discomfort in your hip or foot, you could quickly jump on your hands and continue walking.
Nov, 22, Friday, 12pm - 1pm - Flexibility (upper body)
We learn how to improve and maintain the upper body flexibility, which is often neglected.
Dec, 6, Friday, 12pm - 1pm - Flexibility (lower body)
We learn how to improve and maintain the lower body flexibility, which is often overdone and improperly so.
Dec, 13, Friday, 12pm - 1pm - Gymnastics strength training (full body)
Let’s the fun begin, welcome to the high school. You will be introduced a full-body training using combinations of gymnastics drills.
Dec, 20, Friday, 12pm - 1pm - Basics of simple gymnastics strength elements (l-sits, handstands, and some more)
The graduation time. We will finish our course with the introduction to the simple gymnastics strength elements based on the previous sessions. Of course, you will be able to perform them..why are you even asking?
